Yes, why couldn't we? Why is there this strange belief that we cannot use machines? We may use some machines, as people have used since the 1500's. Secondly, this restaurant is not Amish owned, but various plain people work here - there are some Amish, but some are Beachey (Amish Mennonite). If the owner isn't Amish he can have whatever machines he wants. The laws and health codes wouldn't permit anything else anyway for a public restaurant.
There are many kinds of Amish.

@vickersfan Yes, and I know an Amish man who uses a computer. He can't have it in his house. It is in a shed a few feet from his house.

This place rocks, hands down the best food I have ever eaten....unfortunatly I live over a hundred miles from the place so I doont get there as often as I would like.
