  • Someone needs to learn how to hold a fucking camera!! ugh!!

  • Thorough explanation unlike some idiots who never ceases using senseless vocabularies.

  • if this man is a teacher, i am a god

  • @ChrisCraftJohnny nooooo. not paper feelers....lol. thats how they teach you to do it in high school. this is not 1980. technology supersedes the use of paper feelers. i bet you live in the tool wear menu....lmao. maybe if you runnin some shit cold roll you can run five parts before having to break out the old paper feeler and hand jog the machine like a noob....lol.

  • In-process gaging exists so people can hold .0001 in CNC cylindrical grinders... Studer grinders with mineral casting bases, no less. Meanwhile, all you need are some software offsets, an obsolete lathe, and a piece of paper. What an amazing redneck you are.

  • @ChrisCraftJohnny Hey Johnny, your face is turning red. Might want to check your blood pressure. Keep thumping away at your chest, you're not impressing anybody with your "knowledge".

  • @JTMarlin8 I can't wait to hear your novice reply. But I know your busy crashing machines and costing your employer thousands. (YOU) "Boss, um, ya, hi. This print you gave me? I can't hold +/-.0001 on 500 pcs. It just can't be done." (Boss) "What is that? Blood running down your pants?"

  • @JTMarlin8 Also, Hydrostatic ways and themal comp. are in my lathes I hold +/- .0001 with everyday. But now I'm talking over your head. Buddy, when you make Sub-safe level one components as I do, come back and talk to me. Again over your head. Ask a Navy-man what that means. You will never match me in any machining operation. I was taught by the best, took their knowledge and RAN with it. Sorry your wee-brain can't compute. Go back to fishing you share something in common with them.

  • @JTMarlin8 Here is my funny reply asshole: If you think Hardinge is crap, than you are nothing but a cock sucking anti-American pussy that is selling this country down the fucking tubes. You're a fucking crybaby bleeding cunt. Take your tool probe and shove it up your bleeding pussy. Maybe that will stop the bleeding. I make ZERO excuses. Only results faggot. I would love to work in a shop with you and show your superiors what a fucking waste of time and money you are. Funny huh?

  • @ChrisCraftJohnny LOL. Your post is absolutely hysterical. First of all, dialing in with offsets is exactly what I do. The probe is much faster for initial setup. Second, the resolution of the encoders on your crappy Hardinge is irrelevant to the tolerance you can hold "all day". Lastly, 68 degrees F is the accepted standard. I look forward to reading your next reply of lame excuses as you why your lathes don't suck and why you insist on keeping your shop 2 degrees warmer.
