This is the first of three films celebrating the first occasion when the Baltic Sea Tall Ships' Race ended at the Lithuanian port of Klaipeda. Featuring two of the fleet, Christian Radich (Norway) and the largest sailing vessel afloat, Sedov (Russia), the film attempts to capture some of the atmosphere of the climax to Klaipdea's annual Sea Festival.

  • I was onboard Christian Radich from Oslo - Kiel - Gdynia - St. Petersburg - Turku - Klaipeda and back to Oslo.

  • Hallo dzastin,

i believe i was your hamock-neighbour on the part from oslo to kiel.

  • I have loved the sea and tall sailing ships since I was a little boy. The Christian Radich is like an old friend. I have seen her several times in my home port of Cleveland and in her home, Oslo. Aciu, gero veijo!
