LIT is a 3D horror action puzzler that follows Jake, a typical, apathetic, slightly emo teenager, whos trapped in his high school when its overrun by dark creatures. Players must guide Jake through 30 classrooms, using the available light sources to create paths to each exit. The goal is to reunite Jake with his girlfriend Rachael, whos also trapped in the school and calls Jake from time to time on the schools phone system. Stay in the light and Jakes safe. Step into the darkness and hes pulled under.

In addition to light puzzling, the game features 5 boss battles against dark faculty members, an unlockable challenge mode, multiple endings, level select mode, and a second playable character.

** This video is an improved version of the original, which had captions (which were sometimes awkward to read) and a grainy old-style quality to the concept art (which made viewing the pictures in standard quality a bit naff). In this trailer, the concept art also slowly zooms in and out, whereas the concept art stayed stationary in the original. Thanks for your understanding!

@peachykatara I don't believe it's ever said straight up, but I would definitely assume they're dead and turned into some kind of twisted monsters, if just because of the whole phasing through walls/into shadows thing. That screams "dead" more than "possessed" to me, personally.

@peachykatara Well, Rachel points out that a monster grabbed her leg and said that it was her friend and then she goes on to say that her friends dead. o_o So the faculty members and students were killed due to all these happenings.
