Note: You can win this car if you finish bronze in the "Sebastian Vettel Challenge" which is unlocked after reaching A/B-Spec lvl 30.
Other possibility: Reach B-Spec lvl 35, or buy it with lvl 40 for 20.000.000 Credits.

@danzigloco Yes, I do use a driving wheel. I don't think it's impossible with pad, but it's much more difficult.

thats not the prototype, you only have to get bronze to get this one and you have to gold them to get the prototype
