Power is nothing without control.
Exquisite.

The Mala can fall below your navel.. it depends on the path that you follow. After all it is not the mala that is holy but rather the idea it reflects in your head. The mala is just a bit of wood or bead and nothing more. What is holy or unholy is in the mind...... Bhikkhu Somanassa

The Universal God doesn't care where the Mala is. It's the Spirit and Heart that are important. The Mala is a thing. The intent is the beauty.

Please do not let the mala fall below your navel.

There is a common practice in the Hindu faith where the yogi will have a y support bar to keep the mala from touching the ground and going below the navel but in many practices such as this one my Guru never told me to use a mala above the navel. In the position I am shown in it is rather difficult (one is I am seated and the other is the sheer length of the mala).
When someone sets up a puja/shrine table than they should have all images above their navel. Thank you for your comment, blessings
