This is SLEF-MADE. I.e. by someone named Slef. I think the name Slef is much cooler than the bike. Probably a Norwegian bloke, called Slef Habberståd Fjørdstrom >:-)
....actually it's probably made by a German wannabe geek called Walter and only manages 80km/h. O well
