Nick Griffin beats EHRC - Outiside The Royal Court Of Justice

For nearly two years the Equality and Human Rights Commission, headed by the racist Trevor Phillips, has been hounding the British National Party in an attempt to get the party deemed illegal and ultimately squashed.

Not content with the BNP's constitutional changes, Phillips dragged them through the courts for months at huge expense to the party.

Today the lion roared and the EHRC's attempts to have the British National Party's assets seized were rejected by the Royal Court of Justice.
