June 13, 2009 - Monster HP Supercell East of Rule, Texas

Looking west at an HP Supercell east of Rule, Texas. This storm produced a significant tornado that developed between Aspermont and Rule, and moved through Rule, causing EF2 damage. As with most large HP supercell storms, it produced a sequence of staccato CGs just northeast of the primary HP updraft inflow notch.

I'd love to witness a supercell. I'm from ireland and we rarely c a thunderstorm there was one last December nd it was really random cose I was out in it nd it was freazin nd then the next min whaaam the storm hit it lasted like an hour maybe an hour and a half and the weird thing I have never seen is peble hail ( it's the only size of hail we get) and the storm? Any solutions??? I still don't get it:) thanks really cool vid by the way 5 out of 5

Great movie!! ~ Unfortunately in UK we dont get so much of it.

Sometimes if we lucky a band of rain from the atlantic will come in, hit the heat, and create lots of storms developing ahead of it with mini tornadoes, its weird.

Ive been in 1 storm where its lasted 4-5 hours, stopped and then followed by another 1 , 4-5 hours. ~ I live in the mountains of UK :)

oh fk!! i live there in rule it wasnt a tornado it knoked out the power but no tornado i live in rule texas that was scary power out for 2 days..
