I am so sorry for all of these families. My husband had HD and my son has it now. We were afraid to get tested because knowing is so devastating. I will say that the doctors and the medications are so much better than they were 20 years ago. I feel more hopeful for my son with the advances that have been made. God bless you all. We are praying for a cure and for healing.

Your a very brave girl, Alyson ! Thank you so much for bringing more awareness to this is Horrific Disease. My daughter also has HD and her daughter is at risk. My Stepdaughter is also Positive and has 2 children at risk. Both girls inherited HD from their father, who passed away 2 years ago at the age of 56.
Through Awareness, we can educate people about HD. I never knew anything about HD until it hit my family. Please give to the Huntington Society and help in getting closer to a Cure!

Thank you for doing this video. I am so sorry this family has HD. My husband has it too. When a Dr. is afraid to test for HD you know it's bad.
