2004 Olympian, 4-Time National Judo Champion and World Class Strength Coach Rhadi Ferguson illustrates the stick exercise complex that he uses for his elite and beginning athletes. This complex is also used by his wife Traci and Rhadi often does a couple of sets of this complex upon finishing some of his training runs for his Marathons and 1/2 Marathons. Please enjoy and if you are at all interested in similar exercises and complexes please visit http://www.TheTotalBodyWorkout.com where you can try the Total Body Workout for $1

  • Rufus is too funny; he clearly has his OWN exercise agenda. Interesting, too: like many children, he has great flexibility in his shoulders and upper back. It's great for kids to get out and play in order to help develop this kind of suppleness from early ages.

  • @jkdsifu06 Nice piece of advise to a world famous strength and conditioning coach... Maybe you can teach him a few other things too.

  • One person does not like to train in the rain. Lol. Great video, by the way.
