@shellyleeds maybe you could try to have another baby does not matter if your fat or not but hey i knoe so many women your age that have thier first born child and its not uncommon nowadays to have kids at that age, if you would go for another child would you like to have a daughter this time after having 2 boys? :)

oK trying to answer all the question at once. No it was not at all unbearable pain. As long as I can move around and follow the lead my body and baby give me the pain is manageble and not really pain. The last question was about someone pushing on my back. It's called counter pressure. My doula was applying pressure to the area that felt intense and it counter acts that pressure. It allso helps open the bones in the pelvis.

thanks, I love watching the video too, I just wish I had decided to do it home again, like my last birth. The hospital setting just isn't for me. I can't stand it. But all ended well and I am thankful for a happy healthy baby, and me.
