I tried Be-well's Lamb Pilaf which is bloody tasty and I recommend! Found the smaller portions not enough though unless you have several a day. I ended up buying 30 800 cal meals from Expedition Foods to keep in a survival go-bag with the intention being one meal per day in an emergency, so a month's food supply. Be-well and Expedition Foods are pretty similar, I like how Exp. Foods offer a Gluten free choice as well though.

@gregvance yes they are very nice expensive though and still give you the calories you need however i may have to have a look at that actually 30800 sounds good to me

@strat2206 To me getting 30 of those meals was an investment..it is worth it. You may never need them but you never know.. I heard people cleared out supermarkets and service stations in some town in the UK over 1 day of snow (last year?) and that was a nothing event. If the SHTF most people would go mental, panic out of fear and some people will be left only with what they have..

@gregvance yes people did panic buy and shops ran out of stock however last years snow was actually heavy the heaviest ive seen but unless you were in a rural area getting to a supermarket wasnt too bad even if it was walking
