The Bunkers hold a farewell party for Henry Jefferson, who is opening his own cleaning store in another city. When Archie tries to toast Henry, George Jefferson - Henry's outspoken and even more bigoted brother, whom heretofore had been an unseen character - shows up.

@2012Steelerfan It couldn't have ruined it too much - Her died at 71 in a hotel in Phile, RA the morning of an opening night play Breaking Legs - After his time on AITF - he appeared on television and in other films. Garnering a Supporting Actor nomination for his role in Moonstruck. So it didn't seem to destroy his career at all. If it did any harm at all.
