@ShyRobot who is really corrupt though? I mean after NAFTA opened up Mexican borders to American corporations, American industries took over and Mexico's domestic production plummeted.. displacing thousands of workers (hence so-called illegal immigration) it also forced Mexico to adopt policies similar to those of IMF and the World Bank such as cutting expenditures from the public sector.. hence corruption from gov. paid workers.. you'd do the same thing under the same circumstances.
