After watching your videos I had to get my old ATLAS set (1966)out. It is a small fig 8 and I ran my Tjet Barracuda & Tjet Mustang. Still worked! Made good stuff back than!

Cool! I watch eBay all the time for Aurora slot cars mainly, and I don't see very many Barracudas. I think you are right, they made good stuff back then. Things were built to last longer.

Good video!!! It brings back memories. I got into slot cars when AFX hit the scene. As fast as the newer cars were, I thought the T-Jet/Wild-Ones/Tuff-Ones were more interesting. I have a Wild-Ones Camaro like the one in this video. It is clean, and runs very well. It was slightly modified (silicone slicks), but the body was untouched...that is, I didn't sand the wheel wells.

Thanks for watching the video. Unfortunately my Camaro is missing the back bumper, from years ago. I keep a watch on some eBay sales thinking maybe I can pick up an old Camaro that has a good back bumper. I have silicon slicks too! I did not modify my Camaro body either. I bought a couple of flamethrower T-Jets in the last week and they have not arrived yet. My son and I want to do video with the flamethrowers, seeing the lights should be cool!

Yes, actually the camera was on a tripod. Thanks for watching the video! We hope to do some new videos soon with different cars we have been working on.
