MIght I suggest Whitebeard, Marco, and Jozu, given that we finally know what they are capable of in the manga. :D And Jinbei, if you haven't added him already.

well Whitebeard is already in the games, all i would need to do is add another Special Attack

Marco and Jozu would be nice but untill we know a bit more about them it would be purely fan based attacks.

A- Whip Attack

AA- Kick

Shake- Storm Leg

C+A- Sheep Cloud Relax Bubble, Sheep Cloud Tidal Wave

I think its Paramecia, since he cant create and manipulate diamond (as of yet) he can only turn into it/cover himself with it. Might be like Magellan and Mr 3's fruits.

Magellan would be a hell of a difficult Boss Fight. The only Straw Hats who could hurt him without getting poisoned would be Sanji (Diable Jambe, fire is Magellan's poison's weakness) Nami Ussop and Franky.

In the war to save ace, Coby tries to fight Luffy but Luffy just knocks him out with a single strike and continues rushing past. XD

My thoughts on Boa Hancock:

Her C+A should instead be an AAA, with her C+A being a three-pronged attack alongside Marigold and Sandersonia. That's really all I have.

My thoughts on Mr. 3:

His evade should be those Wax Dopplegangers, his A should be Candle Lock, which holds the enemy for a brief time, his AA should be the Candle Arts Sword, and his regular Shake should be the Candle Wall. and his C + Shake should be Giant Candle Service Set, acting as both damage inflicting and the added effect of holding the enemy for a limited time.
