Ellie, can you do the pucker up and then do the tongue to the roof of your mouth exercises separately? I can't do them at the same time. I think that is what you are trying to say in this. Please clarify. Thanks so much for your help.

Yes you can do both at different times...It all works GREAT! Just do them at least 4 x a week for 10 times each holding for 10 to 12 seconds

When you push out with your lips, try lifting the outer corners of your mouth, head looking straight and chin level with the floor. Lift your tongue to the roof of your mouth. Hold it all for 12 seconds and repeat 10 times...big HUGS for you...Ellie

Hi Yakumei, Yes for sure this will get your face muscles in shape, for ever! I started in my 20's and I know it's kept me looking young. Pay attention to your health and eat healthy, don't smoke ANYTHING! Do you exercise much??? Big HUG,Ellie
