Becoming a catalog model requires having a fit body, clear skin, white teeth and a great smile. Catalog models should know their measurements and have professional photos in order to get modeling jobs with help from the director of a modeling academy in this free video on modeling.

  • This is a JOKE.

You do NOT need professional photos to show an agent.

In fact, agents PREFER a simple digital camera shot or polaroid.

This girl is either lying or she does not know what she is talking about.

Also, modeling is a profession that chooses YOU based on your physical

stats and bone structure. You do not choose it.

  • This is interesting...i've thought about modeling for catalogs and many friends insist i try it out to see if i enjoy it but i dont know where to start...

  • I'm 5'6" and it was super disappointing when I found out you have to be taller to be a model, cause I really think I'd be good at it

  • I catelog modeled for Kmart and JCPenny for 2 years while in college modeling mens clothing. I didn't do any of this stuff this girl is talking about. Its not that serious. Its really like any other job interview. The only difference is the photo of yourself.

  • i knw many successful models that have funky teeth!!!
