When Best Buy decided to tackle the problem of E-Waste they tested their program in a few stores first. This short documentary was shot in Duluth,MN and shows the overwhelming response from the community and how this little store helped the whole company work out the kinks in the system.

  • Ok, and what do they do with those products? do they send them to China or Ghana?

  • @pipomenas Actually Best Buy uses a company called ERI. They do an amazing and ethical job of making sure everything gets recycled/re-used properly. You have probably sat on a park bench made from recycled TVs! You should check out their video on their website. Thanks for commenting!
