Btw, can anyone notice how PRETTY she is? And was. I mean, I wish I could have that face, everything looks great on her. Today she's 37 and looks so young.

I don't think this is parody of the Macarena, I mean, that would be stupid. I think this is a parody to every video with the musician "singing" the song on it, and acting glamorous or pop with those dance steps later on teenagers would want to copy. Still, I think all the gestures she does in this video are look so great. This was 1998 and she had her nails yellow! Her look was amazing then, she still amazing, and I adore her. Her music and voice.. wow. Go Chan!

Chan specifically said prior to shooting the video that her idea for the video was inspired by Madonna's video for "Lucky Star". Youtube has a copy of that video, go see for yourself -- women dancing in a white room.
