My cat is a 3 year old female siamese that we got from shelter (tulsa spca), she has a problem... she cant stop peeing on the floor and pooping on the floor... we have moved the litter box to that area and the pooping has gone more in the litter box now... but the pee remains on the floor constantly... i know form the health report she has injuries from fights before spca.. and i put her under alot of stress in the first year (mistreatment on accident) and she started going on the floor.........
