Different file, different HP, no 10x damage, same stats. This is another file I had, but it has identical stats as the file I have been uploading, just without 10x damage. Levels means absolutely nothing in Chaos mode. The damage Frederick deals out is good enough to kill me even at level 200 and the regular enemies in this place is well enough to kill regardless of the damage multiplier. With the exception of the 3 elemental dragons, all the EX-dungeon fights will take place on this alternate file in Chaos mode, so don't wonder why my HP went from 9999 to 6134.

Mostly an annoying fight. He spams cane swings, Chirisazame, and Kuuha Zesshougeki in the beginning. As his HP drops, he switches to Akisazame and Gen'ijin. If he goes Arles Break, getting hit by his attacks will activate Menial Bomber, which is 1HKO. Abuse his weaknesses and he will fall.

@orlando1210 Because then the game will end prematurely. Frederick will only end up proving that the Barnes family have the kick-ass gene, which the writers didn't want Cheria to have since she and her grandpa will skip to the end of the game, destroy the final boss, and Asbel wouldn't be able to prove how bad he is at protecting people.
