  • Foods are dodgy but I heard Lebanese women are best cookers so it should be tasty :)

  • @TheShingami This is very true. My wife is Lebanese and she's the best cook that I ever knew. Her food is even better than my mom's ;)

  • are workers supposed to use food handling gloves when the breads come off the conveyor belt? food safety? wheres the hat or hair covering of bread handlers?

  • @dazzhammer66 Dude, they washed their hands before they wrapped the bread LOL, don't worry. You'll be alright :D

  • Awesome! I recommend that you add lil bit of extra virgin olive oil with Labneh :) Lebanese people also like to eat Labneh with Black or Green Olives. It tastes great ;) Enjoy!

  • tabuleh however u spell it, is orgasmic. i loooove it.

  • @Ethix127 Not so , you could use your hands when you are cooking in your home , and if your hands are dirty you should work in the garden instead . Watch chef Jaque Peppin and see how many times he washes his hands while cooking on public national TV . Finally stop being neurotic it doesn't help you and by the way do you ever eat in restaurant ?

  • @dars721 we have the best food in lebanon

  • she did lots of critical mistakes with the tabbouleh. First, you never soak the Burghul in lemon juice. Second, you don't use pepper. Instead you use Baharat. And third, she must drizzle the olive oil WITH the lemon juice at the end, or the tabbouleh will be dry.

  • oh god im starving..

  • @dazzhammer66 this is not no nasty conveyor belt prosseced food.

  • it looks like indian bread roti...wow.. i've noted down sum gud labanese dips... labanese food is so much like india's.... spicy n rich. i think i'll fuse sum recepies.

  • @MissChiefism It's called Bulgur (also bulghur or burghul) is a cereal food made from several different wheat species, most often from durum wheat. (WikiPedia ;) But be careful, don't use too much just a little bit (2.5 Big Table Spoons). After all, the lebanese Tabbouli main ingredients are: Parsley + Tomatoes + Onions. It should have a Lemony-Juicy taste. BTW, don't forget the Extra Virgin Olive Oil (cold pressed) at the very end ;)

  • Lebanese food is just to die for!
