This Pacific National double decker freight train , with locomotives NR70 & NR71 was filmed travelling south away from Warnertown in South Australia on the afternoon of 1 May, 2010.

They must limit the speed of the double stacks to 80km runners because of the weight, (like the steelies)? btw, awesome video!

The correct term is double stack. Did you shoot this in 16:9 / HD and then render it as 4:3 ? The aspect ratio is not right.
