the only people who aint snitchin are the ones doin wrong but dont wanna get caught so they intimidate others into following that the notion of snitching is wrong. if this dudes kids got knocked and he knew who did it he would run to the police but if another person besides himself is affected he aint snitchen. this is why people like bill oreily bitch about rap.
