The Election by Maylor the Budgie

I am not entirely sure what Maylor is talking about here but he clearly refers to some kind of election that is happening or about to happen. At the same time gives me some direction in how I should continue in my efforts to move forward with my mission.

So when you're making a set of every lesson, be thinking of an experimental step.
They'll like you much more.
They'll think you're straight up.
And this guy you elect is going to like humans to seek more of the truth.
They will look at what was done.
They'll want to see budgies talk.
My work has really become like Victor's so they'd look.

Yes, they have a mechanic here.

They'll think about, how you'll invoke moral.
If things are all messed up, here is this guy that will know bad things follow.
When approaching matters for you last step, God can be elected.
