Troubleshooting Turbo E30 No start

Video is me trying to get the car to idle I have to keep the car at about 2k to keep it running.( yes I know Im killing my starter) All I need to do is wire the wideband guage in, but the car will not run. It is running EXTREMELY rich. Any advice or suggestions to get the car running. Ever since I installed the 30lb injectors this is how the car acts. The car is running on the WAR chip turbo base tune for these specific injectors but it still wont start. I figured the plugs were fouled so I changed them out and the car still acts the same. It also has a constant CEL.

Discovered the Issue was wrong impedance injectors, these were low imp. and I need high impedance. Car is should be running next week.

Leave the car for an about hour, on 2k rpm.
or until it gonna work like a watch, clear and nice.
