Need for Speed The Run MAXED OUT on GIGABYTE NVIDIA GeForce GTX 460 1GB GDDR5

FRAPS recording caused the lags and slowdowns, which is shown in this video

Like Battlefield 3, this game is powered by the critically acclaimed Frostbite 2 engine.
Runs fine. But ever since this game is a friggin' console port, the fps is capped at 30. Can't go any further than that.
The game looks good but its not Frostbite 2 at its best. Maybe I can forgive it because of the rendering, but it'll definitely look better if Black Box did the game like DICE, by making the PC platform as the lead platform.
So far from now, this is the ugliest Frostbite 2 game ever.

Settings....
Ultra Settings at 1920x1080 60hz
V-sync is switched on. (The only difference if I switch vsync off is a bit of image tearing. So I rather switch it on)
FPS (w/o FRAPS) = 30

if your psu is only 500w, it won't run this card?

i have corsair cx 500

@Zolega89 This card requires 450W. So its fine. But unless you use a CPU cooler which has high watt usage, then a problem could develop. Im on GTX 460, Hyper 212+ CPU, and 550W with 70% efficiency (not like 80 Plus Certified PSUs which has 80% efficiency). No problems
