In this video i show you how I cook Thiebou Dienn (or ceebu jen) also called Riz gras in Guinea or Jollof rice in Nigeria, this recipe is the kind of recipe you cook when you want to surprise your guest with the good taste of African food.
For cooking this recipe you may need a lot of Ingredients but its really worthy because the result is so delicious.

Try this jallof rice and Enjoy it .

Ingredients:
3 cups of rice
4 large pieces of fish ( salmon)
4 cups of hot water
3 fresh tomato, mashed
3 Tbs of tomato paste
6 small okra
1 bunch parsley, crushed
1 big carrot , cut into small pieces
2 potatoes, cut into pieces
1 large onion, minced
4 large cloves garlic, crushed or chopped
2 small eggplant, cut into slices
1 cabbage, cut into 4 pieces
4 TBS peanut oil
2 chicken seasonings or Maggi jumbo
4 bay leaves
4 chili, crushed
1 Tps black pepper
1 Tps salt

  • @kubiyama Yeah you are right.Folereh are really great leaves to add. You can boil the folereh with some okra and chili , then blend it with half of a Maggi. Serve with the rice.
