  • Has anyone noticed how much color the pavement has lost since being repaved? Is the heat up there really that bad?

  • Yeah bro! I've noticed that the track has really lightened up since last being repaved. I went the the second race (Aaron's 499) after being paved and it was black as could be...even feel the heat coming off of it in the spring. And HELL YEAH it's HOTT down here in Alabama! It's stays in the 90's in the summer but it's not the heat that kills us...it's the humidity!!!

  • @cam125cr same with florida. Daytona will be worse quicker

  • i love that sound at that track. when they go through the corner , sounds like a plane going down. its so awesome

  • @nascarnut18

it's also because of the dirt and dryness. notice that Daytona has 30 year old pavement, and it's not as white.

  • almost looks like it did before!

  • I love the reaction form the fans when Dale takes the lead, I wish I was there!

  • There is no greater sound on this planet than Dale Earnhardt Jr. taking the lead at Talladega!

  • JR!!!!!!
