Enable 1024x768 resolution (win7) on acer aspire one d255

1. Open the start menu and type "run" in the search box, then type regedit in the "run" program
2. Go to HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Control\Class\{4D36E 968-E325-11CE-BFC1-08002BE10318}\0000
3. Change Display1_DownScalingSupported from 0 to 1
4. If there is no 0001 or 0002, you can make it by right click and new key, give the new key's name with 0001 or 0002
5. In the new key, make a new dword, and give it name : Display1_DownScalingSupported
6. Change the dword value too, from 0 to 1
7.Reboot your computer and you will get it

On Toshiba NB550D there is no such thing like display1_downscalingsupported in the registry.

ummm is Display1_DownScalingSupported is also Display_Detection_DEF??

@chopramo no..hmmm..are u sure u go to "{4D36E 968-E325-11CE-BFC1-08002BE10318}"? cause there is many directory, try it once ^^
