Yes i do think overall skin colour has an influence in culture etc, look at all areas of the globe and those from the same ethnicity tend to live in a similar culture, i don't judge one human from the next or think anyone is better based on skin just think its a bad idea for a country to basically have limited restrictions on immigration from people who don't live the way you do, where as Europeans are near enough the same.

The term English derides from Anglo-Saxon which were the Germanic tribes on the British isles, so if we are being technical about it i guess your wrong, i think you fail to see what my point is on this issue im stating that in a white European country we should have a steady flow of immigration and integrate people into an English society, Parts of London are clearly not English in any sense of the word, you don't understand what im talking about if you call me racist.
