ahh the pista.first things first,get some toe clips OR get a brake,I would never dream of riding a brakeless fixed gear down a hill with no toe clips,its just stupid. SO GET TOE CLIPS! and get used to them.My first bike was a mercier complete just like the pista,everything sucks on those bikes except the frame and seatpost,get a new wheelset,new chainring,new crankarms,new stem and new handlebars,then youll have a nice bike.stock they suck.with toe clips u'll stop faster go faster and do tricks

Good stuff, putting in the time practicing will get you ahead.
Just FYI, you do your spins with the unconventional foot forward. For mega spins you have to switch to the other foot causing the pop-up. Have a look at my clip of a 720 spin and you'll see the outside foot on the carve initiates it.

it took me a few times of watching it but it makes perfect sense now.
inside foot back would whip it around and pop up and the same time soo much easier and efficiently.
