I love love love the character dynamics on The Sarah Connor Chronicles and I'm especially fond of Sarah and Derek. What makes them so great to watch is the tension. At the heart of that is a clash in methodology layered on the unspoken (for a long time, anyway) thread that held them together: Kyle.

but the way you'e edited it ...

the way I see it it looks like you're focusing on the subconious conection that Derek/Sarah/Kyle have to each other which sort off comes off ...

@phantomwriter05 Well, I didn't intend for it to come across as a romantic relationship between them (which is generally what people mean when they say shippy) since... there wasn't one in the show. But there's definitely a relationship there — a connection to each other because of their connection to Kyle.

I did realize when I was re-editing this, though, that all the grabby-touchy stuff and the journey of the picture do make it lean in a shippy direction. I'm not sad about that ;)
