After touring for "Flip Flop", Guadalcanal Diary played a few summer shows, including AquaFest in Austin, Tx. This footage captured from the stage with a borrowed camcorder - time/date stamp accidentally switched on mid-performance.
After this they played their final shows in Athens (Legion Field) and Atlanta (Center Stage). From 1996 through 1999 they performed a few shows in Athens/Atlanta then remained dormant until their 30th Anniversary shows at

Guadalcanal also performed Saturday, Dec. 31 at the Strand Theatre in Marietta, Ga.

Government Cheese included a cover of Cattle Prod in their set list. I remember seeing the Cheese open for Guadalcanal at The Cannery in Nashville around the same year as this video.
