"Just Friends" - Chapter 2! - [A Jonas Love Story]

Katie was up in her room, listening to her iPod on full blast, when she heard the doorbell ring. She ran down stairs quickly,
Knowing that it was Sam waiting at the door.

"Sam!" Katie yelled, giving her a huge bear hug.

"Umm...okay? Calm down hun. I saw you like, 3 hours ago." Sam said, with a confused look on her face.

"Ha-ha, sorry. I'm happy...for no reason at all."

"That's funny, because 10 minutes ago, you sounded all ticked off on the phone. Talk about mood swings!"

"Shut up!" Katie nudged Sam with her elbow, making Sam flinched.

"ANYWAY, what's up?"

"Nothing really. I've been sitting up in my room since school got out, listening to music. Same old stuff." Katie sighed.

"Sounds fun."

"Yup. Wanna go upstairs?" Katie asked.

"Sure."

When Katie walked into her room, with Sam fallowing behind her, Sam noticed that the Jonas Brothers were playing on Katie's iPod.

"Whoa Katie, you like the Jonas Brothers now?" Sam asked, with a puzzled look on her face.

"HAHA, no. Are you kidding? Why you ask?"

"Oh, I don't know...maybe because it's playing on your iPod." Sam replied sarcastically.

"Yuck. My sister put them on there. I'm tired of her touching my stuff! She has her own iPod with her own music on it."

"Hey, she's your little sister. She thinks of you as a role model."

"Psh, I know. She's just jealous because I'm cooler than her." Katie jumped on top of her bed, striking a super hero pose.

"Get down from there, you look like an idiot." Sam chuckled. She pulled Katie down off her bed, and sat on the floor, thinking of something to do. "Hey, let's go to the park."

"Okay, sure. Sounds like fun. Oh! There might be some cute guys there Sam." She gave Sam a wink.

"On that note, we better find something cute to wear!" Sam said, skipping over to Katie's closet.

Katie and Sam searched her closet, looking for something that will impress all the guys at the park. Sam found a pink tank top
with light blue capri's, while Katie put on a plain yellow t-shirt with white short shorts. After they got dressed, they went into the
Bathroom to fix their hair. Sam put her hair back in a messy pony tail while Katie let her long brown curls down.

They were now ready to head to the park.
