National Security Advisor and former Atlantic Council Chairman General James Jones introduced President Bill Clinton at the Atlantic Council's 2010 Annual Awards Dinner.
On April 28, the Atlantic Council's annual Awards Dinner honored Bill Clinton, 42nd President of the United States, for his distinguished international leadership that led to the Dayton Accords, peace negotiations in Northern Ireland, NATO enlargement and NAFTA, among other accomplishments during his presidency.
