UFO's visit us at New Year's Eve?

This was filmed by someone in Holland a few days ago at New Year's Eve. If you look closely, or even if you don't, you will notice lights passing the frame occasionally. I have seen these orange lights as well in Holland when the fireworks started, some at even an unusual close distance, but not close enough to distinguish any form. Many people spot these weird lights, even more so at the end of the year. You can find more of these sightings on youtube, but this one is exceptionally revealing. Also note the big red lights popping up once in a while, I don't think those are fireworks. One of those seems to change to an orange light at the end. Observe this footage. What are these?

i dunno bcuz it's way up in the air, and if u think little balloons or flares can go over thousands of miles and hour, i think u guys gotta think about it

i saw the red one for years ago over bremen (sylvester). it stood round about 3 hours in the air.

I am watching all the ufo vids from New Years Eve, and there are lots of these little moving white objects that are different from the Chinese lanterns that appear in many of the vids.
