Here is a great video shot by George Sellon, during the dual rear engine class race at a vintage karting event held August 14 & 15th, 2009 at Badger Raceway in Dousman, WI. This class runs dual rear mounted engines, circa late 1960's. Engines are typically 125cc to 135cc each, fully modified, with Methanol carburetors (sometimes up to 3 carbs per engine), up to 50hp total!!!! Very fast straight line speed, and a thrill through the turns!

This event was run per the Vintage Karting Association Guidelines (http://vkavintagekarting.com). More photos and videos can be sen at the VKA website and at VintagePowerSport - http://vintagepowersport.com.

  • Pretty obvious. Our driver had at least as much hp as the two karts in front. But, he has no where near the driving ability of the two front guys.

  • Off topic entirely but does anyone think these karts sound like this > ee925OTFBCA
