I was told the contractors of this project overcharged the city so much that the public will be paying for it for the next 50 to 75 years. I've been there, seemed like a huge waste of space, and tax payers money. Nice building of course.

nice elevator ride, hate those steel boxes .. the structure is a really impressive feat.
