  • I'm a character modeller, and can tell you that making them certainly is NOT easy - it's very time consuming, especially when they have hand-painted textures like the ones used in this game. It will have taken an artist weeks to complete one of the models shown here.

    I'd love to know how they achieved such a good cel shading effect... Max's default cel shader has yet to behave as well as that for me. :|

  • There are 1 thing i want to know how they make the eye smooth, i know they are texturing the eye on the face. How they aninated on 3DS MAX

  • I totally agree, but I think they used Maya here rather than 3ds, and the software they used in cell shading, you can do those kind of CG in adobe photoshop if you have enough skills :)

  • I know it is hard, what I was saying, to do the art is much easier than putting it together into what ever program they use, I use 3DsMax
