i love when reporters think they know something. "that barrier smashed the closed windows and top, spilling that diesel fuel.." so the fuel is in the windows and roof? are you sure its not in the fuel tank that was more then likely crushed when the engine fell off the end, as its under the center of the engine. and one more thing, i want these fuel holding windows and roof on my car so i have to fuel up less.
