cmon mate, we'er both english, the law will never be LOGICAL. anyone who says they have never speeded up to a possibly dangerous speed is clearly a liar. I'm with you on this one though, all the child molesters and rapists and animal abusers just get a suspended sentance and walk free on trial day. Then one biker who was having a bit of fun and endangering no one gets put in prison with all the murderers...(and other speeders)

Cops usually say that there is race track for speeding. well in croatia a day at the racetrack costs 100 euros alone (tires and fuel not included so add up another 350 euros for new tires and fuel coz on track you'll need them) and average pay here is less than 500 euros...so how could i afford a raceday and live for the rest of the month. at least there could be free day every month,so all i need to worry is a 800 km ride to track, fuel and new tires

In addition to my comment below, the sentence was six months.

You also ignore the fact that Bennett has previously had a stroke, has high blood pressure & is diabetic. Do you still justify such an individual taking to the public highway, passenger on the back & hitting 122mph in pouring rain?

You clearly have not thought this through, or looked at the facts.

it would have been a year if I was judge, You made no sense at all mate and admitting youve done over a ton yourself makes you a dangerous and BAD driver,

Maybe when you lose someone you love just cos some prick like you CHOOSES to speed and kill them, Biker OR car driver doesnt make a bit of difference.

@lollygaggle cont.....so in that type of collision even doing 30 mph, if you hit the car wrong or land wrong you can die, so i dunno. i just think that there are people who sometimes do silly things, i.e. bennet and then there are stupid people doing stupid things.......i pretty much stick with all of my origonal views.....though i didnt realise it was raining. that is pretty silly.

@lollygaggle some parts, the rain aspect is silly to say the least. though, my father is diabetic and has had high blood pressure. Knowing that, id still trust him with my life doing 122mph on the back of his bike. But that maybe speaks more for the trust i have in my own father than what this video is about. And the speed kills part. The way you describe it sure, speed kills. In all fairness, The most common crash ive seen is bikes hitting cars as the car pulls out of a junction.......
