I had the pleasure of talking to F. Paul Wilson, author of the Repairman Jack series, on "Goodnight, Irene". We mostly talked politics and economics, but this preview includes Paul's report on movie possilibilities for Repairman Jack.

  • I have been reading science fiction and horror since I was fourteen years old--have even written a few stories myself (probably even before then, but I was no progeny), and I must admit of all the authors and characters, fantasy worlds, philosophical landscapes of the gifted, none have been so indelibly printed onto my memories than the character of Repairman Jack. Thank you, Mr. Wilson, for sticking with this fascinating creation. Nightworld is my personal favorite.

  • Repairman Jack is the best character in novel history IMHO. Paul is a GREAT writer!

  • REPAIRMAN JACK ROCKS! I wish I had Jacks toughness and independence.

  • loving your filler, baby!

  • What kind of pipe are you smoking and what tobacco?
