Please excuse me this might sound like a non-sense question, but I am very new to make up, but if someone could answer I will be very much pleased. Can I use a make up base/primer if I will use a liquid foundation after that? or it is only paired with powder foundation?

Either she is deaf or has a teeth problem. But it doesn't matter because I cna hear what this lady says clearly. I suggest alot of you back off and stop being so cruel and juvenile. She explains things quite well and clearly to me. I suggest you actually listen to her as she has good tips.
