That is a ceased wrist pin bearing in cylinder # 6 (rear cylinder). That is the last cylinder to get oil from the oil pump. if you run the engine low on oil this is a high probability or if you were running heavy or hard this is also a probability if the oil filter, or pump was clogged or going out. I was lucky and was able to hone out the cylinder, and put a new piston and ringsin # 6. you should also replace your crank and rod bearings while you have the oil pan down.
it could be piston number 6 shrinkege from pulling too much weight up hill. thats what my knocking was .piston was offa few thousands which cause it to slap the cylinder wall . or it could be a wrest pin
@paulin20013500 If you blew a gasket on the oil filter and didn't notice the oil loss until it started knocking a shut down, then you have bigger problems that an injector. The injectors are lubricated by the fuel, not by the oil.
@JRFFRB You probably spun a bearing if it just started to happen.....
