Remarks by Justice Stephen J. Markman
Michigan Supreme Court

Who will make public policy decisions—citizens through their elected representatives, or judges? The coming debate over the future of the Constitution hinges upon this question. Formerly Assistant Attorney General under Ronald Reagan, and currently a Distinguished Professor of Constitutional Law at Hillsdale College, Justice Markman outlines the differences between the Founders Constitution and what he calls twenty-first century constitutionalism. Find out more about this debate, and download the free white paper, The Coming Constitutional Debate: A Citizens Guide, at thekirbycenter.org.
