I think this is not a usual comment from a Japanese in public; however, just look at how many people agree with it? I believe that's mostly average Japanese people. I know Japanese people do look down to people from China which is understandable because Japan is the first nation currently. But please don't forget keeping a humble heart is the asian tradition,,,,and it is originally from ancient Chinese philosophy.
BTW, I do have Japanese friends and they are very nice....sigh
