【Fancover】Tempus Fugit

PLEASE READ:

New cover ^_^ I wrote the lyrics myself.
This time, it's a vocal cover of Moises Niéto's (HollowRiku's) piano solo song Tempus Fugit. I fell in love with it the instant I heard it, and wrote lyrics for it, but sheeesh, it was HARD to sing. I KNOW it's not perfect, but it'll take me ETERNITY to learn it better. Also, for some reason, my Mac (or my mic?) chose to mess up the recording, so some places it's getting louder and then weaker all the time, and I couldn't find out how to fix it, if possible. MAYBE I'll get around to re-recording it sometime, but don't expect a re-recording in near future ;-P

Especially the

"Life pass way too fast
Time won't keep your pace
Days soon turn to weeks, months, then years"

part is bad. Don't think I can't hear it ^_^
But that part was EXTREMELY difficult, and this was actually the best I managed.

Ooops, and I discovered a major fault in the lyrics, where I sing "the sun shines on me" it should really be "the sun wakes from sleep" O.o

This is amazing! A truly wonderful piano piece combined with incredible lyrics! Thank you! :-)

Once again, please don't worry too much about the problems with the performance. Only professional sopranos would have no difficulty singing this piece in the right key while keeping the fast, shifting rhythm. But the lyrics that you have written! Wow! You've truly captured the feel and the message of the music while still keeping the words and the music in harmony! Tusen Takk!
